That is exactly what Pat brings to Rubicon Results today, helping clients see the best version of what’s possible and then the actions steps to get there.
Pat himself has lived the process. After having successfully made it to TV weatherman in some of the biggest markets in the country, even having his own talk show in Phoenix, he knew on some level there was more for him.
Then he began exploring his own personal development through the Landmark Forum. He stopped letting his past ways of thinking hold him back, and stopped making excuses for not following through on what he wanted. He started to set his goals higher and higher and achieved an entirely new level of results by focusing on taking action, like being on national television as the host of the Joker's Wild and Shop til You Drop game shows, and buying a radio station.
But the real miracle came when he began sharing about his remarkable journey with the people in his life. Others were inspired about what was possible for themselves. “There’s something about seeing people creating something beyond what they thought was possible. Sure the game show stuff was fun, but helping people is the most fulfilling part for me.”
Pat puts his own life into every Rubicon Results team, continuing to challenge himself to think big, keep taking action, holding himself accountable, and being inspired by the remarkable breakthroughs of his own clients.

Emma has been in the Leadership, Coaching and Personal Development space for more than 18 years. Training as a leader and coach for Landmark Worldwide. In parallel to this, she supported and coached women & their families for 20 years during her career as a midwife, both in England & Ireland.
Emma was also Head Coach for FITBANKER Ltd, an International Health & Lifestyle Transformation Program, for a number of years before becoming a Rubicon Coach.
Emma discovered Rubicon through fellow Coaches and chose to actively participate in the 10 week program.
